A small flattened disc of a round-oval shape with asymmetrically placed hole. One side is almost completely grinded (only a small area along the edge is not grinded). On the same side, there is a slight transverse crack. On the back side, there is a use notch in the whole area, carbonation and ocher material areas. The edges are smoothed.

The disc is made of light gray-green nephrite with some small streaks.

On one side, there are two lines (probably, preliminary form markup) placed in parallel to the disc edges. They are traces of the item manufacturing technique.
