Small stone bead

A small flattened convex bead made of light stone (rhyolite) and flattened on one side. It has a hole with uneven edges. On the flat side, we found some small cut marks. On the convex side, there is a small canal that runs from the hole. 


Manufacturing technique

The item is made on microflake. The surface is rough. It is flattened on the one side, and convex on the other one. The hole is drilled with a reamer. It is uneven on the edges. 


Use-wear traces

Light polishing of convex surface. There are probably traces of sewing.
