Adze

A nephrite item defined as a small adze of elongated sub-oval shape. It has a concave-convex cross section and a one-sided blade sharpening. The head is assymetrically ovalled, thin edges are blunted and slightly diverge to an arcuate blade. On one angled end of it, there is an edge break. The adze is made of a thin bar of light green with whitish veins jade.

A large part of the face is not treated.
