A spoon

An elongated flattened item with a sub-triangular handle. The reservoir is elongated, wide, and slightly concave. The director of the excavations considered this item as a spoon made of antler. It was found on the right side of the buried man, below the pelvic bones.


Manufacturing technique

The handle and the reservoir are made with scraping. The handle contour is treated with a knife. 


Use-wear traces

There are some traces of damage (nibbles). Also there are some traces of surface grinding.
