Inlay patch

In the bottom zone there is an image of animal snout with big ears and an elongated nose (a fastening made from the inside with two rivets). Inlay is partially remained in the form of inserts of various semiprecious breeds. There was a pearl in the center (?). There is a grain (balls up to 0.75 mm) along the perimeter of all elements. On the back side, there are two loops for sewing and some rivets of bracing the animal head.
