Axe

An axe made of dark green nephrite is small and has a classic sub-triangular shape. The tool has a narrowed head, extended blade and straight edges. 


Manufacturing technique

Sawing, grinding, polishing

Proximal part has clear traces of flaking. In the mesial and distal areas, there are some traces of grinding, longitudinal edges are polished. 


Use-wear traces

The double-sided blade is sharpened, on its surface we can clearly see traces of frequent thin scars. The edge of the blade with traces of work has a slightly concave edge and a knocked-down corner end. The sharpening angle is 60 degrees.
