The item conditionally called "guise-mask" has an oval shape. It is concave and highly fragmented.
The item is made on a large ivory blank with a planning knife. On the convex side of the item, there are some traces of the same knife work. The traces are covered with cutting tool traces. Elongated caverns that decorate the surface are made with a cutting tool. On the concave side there are some traces of a burin work (a surface alignment near the ends was made with this tool).
The item is heavily destroyed
