Flake with lattice

On the round flake of silicified tuff, there are lines intersecting lines in a rhombus lattice. The contour of the item is treated deliberately, so that at a certain position it is possible to see an image of a massive beast like a bison with a large nape.

Manufacturing technique

Along the contour, the item is treated with a forming small and medium retouch and two long burin spalls. The lines are cut with a sharp burin-like tool.
