Needle-case

A small neddle-case made of tubular bone. The surface is damaged by dendrites. A special ornament or notches are not found. The item was found in the burial №4.


Manufacturing technique

The upper (narrow) end of the bone is cut horizontally with a knife-saw (the edges are uneven). The lower end is cut off by a ledge. The surface is badly polluted, but there are thun elongated lines on it. Those are traces of planning knife work.
