Pendant

A pendant is flat, oval-shaped and has ornamented edge and hole. It is made of a small thin blade of green stone (jasper-?). It is sharpened and drop-shaped and has a hole for hanging in the corner of sharpened part. Oblique edge notches are along the perimeter from two sides.

The item was found in the burial of an old woman. 


Manufacturing technique

Grinding, cutting, drilling. The ornamentation was made with a metal knife. 


Use-wear traces

There are some traces of polishing and a light perforation of a channel for vertical hanging.
